Our attorneys bring a distinctive mix of backgrounds to this work, including experience with international accounting and finance firms and time spent at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. That combination of legal, financial, and regulatory perspective allows us to see transactions the way our clients — and the institutions on the other side of the table — actually see them.
The Business Law group handles a high volume of sophisticated engagements, from private equity investments and strategic partnerships to day-to-day contract and governance matters, providing clients with structured, informed counsel to solve each problem and complete each transaction in the most efficient and technically sound manner.
