  • Business Sale for Commercial Services Company. Represented the owner of a commercial services company in the successful sale of the business, guiding the transaction from initial negotiations through closing.
  • Car Wash Transaction Involving Multiple Stakeholders. Advised on the sale of a car wash entity in a large transaction, coordinating among multiple parties to bring the deal to completion.
  • Contract Dispute Resolution in Coordination with Litigation Counsel. Supported the resolution of a significant contract dispute by working alongside litigation counsel to develop a strategy aligned with the client’s broader business objectives.
