Grant C. Sittig is a partner at Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP who focuses his practice on corporate transactions, tax planning, and real estate matters. • Car Wash Transaction Involving Multiple Stakeholders. Advised on the sale of a car wash entity in a large transaction, coordinating among multiple parties to bring the deal to completion.
• Contract Dispute Resolution in Coordination with Litigation Counsel. Supported the resolution of a significant contract dispute by working alongside litigation counsel to develop a strategy aligned with the client’s broader business objectives.
