Danielle Beyley is an associate in Johnson Pope’s Health Care Group, where she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, licensure and regulatory compliance, and the full range of transactional matters affecting health care professionals and businesses. Drawing on years of experience managing pharmacy operations for a national retailer before entering private practice, Danielle brings a practical, solutions-focused perspective to her work with physicians, dentists, and other health care professionals.

Danielle’s practice includes guiding clients through the sale of their practices—often the culmination of decades of work—as well as advising on day-to-day operational issues and regulatory obligations. She works closely with health care providers to structure transactions, navigate licensure requirements, and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other health care laws. Whether helping a longtime practitioner transition into retirement or supporting a business through a strategic acquisition, Danielle focuses on delivering clear guidance tailored to each client’s goals.

Before joining Johnson Pope, Danielle practiced with a regional firm, representing clients in litigation and insurance-related disputes. While in law school, she interned with the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, served as Assistant Executive Editor of the Stetson Law Review, and competed on the Moot Court Board.
