Kevin is a litigation attorney and Partner at Johnson Pope, specializing in transportation, personal injury, and business litigation. He has a particular focus on defending clients in complex railroad accident cases. Kevin brings extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, regulatory matters, and other dispute resolution forums.
