Rachael Wood Named Partner at Johnson Pope

Clearwater – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that Rachael L. Wood, who practices from our Clearwater office, has been named partner. 

Rachael’s practice is multifaceted with a focus on employment law and related matters, such as non-competition and non-solicitation litigation.  Rachael represents clients in federal, state and appellate courts, as well as in arbitral forums, during all stages of the litigation process. Rachael also advises client on a variety of employment related matters prior to litigation.  This often includes providing guidance on day-to-day personnel issues, preparing employment related policies, handbooks and contracts, and responding to charges of discrimination or other complaints and investigation notices from federal, state or local agencies. 

The Best Lawyers in America© has recognized Rachael Wood since 2019 and most recently as 2022 Litigation – Labor and Employment “Lawyer of the Year”.  She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers.  Rachael is highly active in the community and is currently Chair of the Board of Directors for the Dunedin Fine Art Center.
