TAMPA – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that O. Larkin Skinner has joined the firm.   As an associate in the Tampa office, Larkin’s practice focuses on Tax and Estate Planning

Larkin utilizes his background as a Tax LL.M. to help both individuals and closely held businesses create sophisticated strategies for wealth transfer, charitable giving, and business formation and restructuring. Larkin is a graduate of the University Levin College of Law where he served as a general editor for the Florida Journal of International Law.

Prior to joining Johnson Pope, Larkin worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. William H. Seals, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court.
