Experience
Ryan comes to Johnson Pope with hands-on experience in construction, real estate, and premises-related disputes. Ryan has represented developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals on both sides of commercial and residential construction defect matters, including numerous high-exposure cases involving high-rise condominiums, mixed-use developments, and homeowner’s associations. Throughout law school, Ryan maintained employment as a law clerk for an attorney/licensed general contractor where he gained insight into construction defect litigation, pre-suit matters, contract analysis, composition, negotiation and enforcement. As a member of the Construction Litigation team at Johnson Pope, Ryan will guide clients through the maze of complex construction-related regulations and represent them in all their construction litigation needs, from concept to contract to judgement.
