Experience
Will is a litigation attorney representing clients in transportation, personal injury, and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on defending clients in railroad accident cases. Prior to joining Johnson Pope, Will served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting cases in both Hillsborough County and Palm Beach County on behalf of the State of Florida. During that time, Will litigated thousands of cases and tried over twenty jury trials to verdict. Will is a native Floridian and while in law school worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jay P. Cohen, Chief Judge for the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.
