Morgan Palermo is a first-year associate in the Tampa office of Johnson Pope. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate and business transactions, assisting clients with a range of transactional matters and providing practical, detail-oriented legal guidance. 

While attending Florida State University College of Law, Morgan gained valuable experience through judicial and transactional roles. She served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Darren Farfante of the Florida 13th Judicial Circuit Court, where she gained insight into the judicial process and civil litigation matters. She also served as a probate law clerk at Smith Thompson Shaw & Power, P.A. in Tallahassee, assisting with probate and estate-related matters. 

Morgan joined Johnson Pope as a summer associate in 2025, gaining firsthand experience with the firm’s commercial real estate and business law practices before returning to the firm as an associate. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach to her work and is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal and business matters.

Morgan enjoys painting, baking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Morgan is a fourth-generation attorney and a fourth-generation Tampa native.
