Julie Rook Gold has joined the Clearwater office of Johnson Pope with nearly 17 years of experience in employment law, focusing on representing both federal agencies and employees in litigation before administrative forums.
Prior to joining Johnson Pope, Julie served at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she drafted decisions on discrimination complaints filed by federal employees. She also conducted extensive training for managers, HR professionals, and attorneys on employment law compliance and best practices, and served as a volunteer mediator for the EEOC’s Philadelphia District Office.
At Johnson Pope, Julie will focus her practice on employment law for businesses, helping employers navigate workplace challenges and minimize legal risk. Her ideal clients include business owners, HR leaders, and in-house counsel seeking practical, experienced guidance in managing employment disputes and regulatory compliance.
Julie brings a valuable perspective to the firm’s employment law team and is excited to continue advocating for effective, legally sound workplace solutions.
