Gabrielle Sanandajian is an attorney in the Clearwater office of Johnson Pope, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law and represents employers in workplace matters and employment-related litigation.

Gabby advises employers on workplace issues, including compliance, employee discipline and termination, and matters arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Florida Whistleblower Act (FWA). She also defends employers in state and federal court and before governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workers’ compensation retaliation, whistleblower claims, ADA accommodations, FMLA interference, and wage and hour disputes.
