Eric joined Johnson Pope’s litigation department in 2015 after clerking for the firm during his final year of law school.  A graduate of the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, he spent eight years as a project manager for a southwest Florida commercial construction firm, managing a wide variety of government, retail, industrial, multifamily, and infrastructure projects from Collier to Pasco County. Eric represents contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction defect claims, mechanic’s liens, delay claims, contract disputes, and negligence actions. Eric also has experience with business torts and general commercial litigation.
