Adrienne Kendall is a partner in the Tampa office of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP. She is a member of the real estate and finance practice group focusing her practice in commercial real estate law, including complex real estate and business transactions that involve negotiations, acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, development, finance, regulatory issues and the leasing of commercial properties. Adrienne represents developers, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, lenders and borrowers. She is also an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Prior to joining Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, Adrienne practiced for several years at another large Florida law firm in the real estate, corporate and finance practice groups.
