Partner

Adrienne C. Kendall is a partner in Johnson Pope’s Tampa office, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance. She represents developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in transactions that shape the built environment across the country. Adrienne’s work spans negotiations, acquisitions, due diligence, dispositions, development, financing, entitlements, leasing, and regulatory matters.

Adrienne is known for her ability to simplify complex issues and drive transactions forward. Clients value her practical approach—she zeroes in on material concerns, identifies workable solutions, and avoids unnecessary delays. Her practice is highly collaborative, reflecting her belief that real estate deals succeed when parties work together to build something of lasting value.

Working closely with fellow Johnson Pope partner Joseph Covelli, Adrienne has played a key role in many of the firm’s most sophisticated real estate matters, from billion-dollar multifamily transactions to high-profile retail and mixed-use developments. She also has significant leasing experience, including representing national tenants.

Before joining Johnson Pope, Adrienne practiced at a large Florida law firm in the real estate, corporate, and finance groups. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as a senior member of the Florida State University Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
