Welcome Colby Hearn

We are pleased to welcome Colby S. Hearn to the Tampa and St. Petersburg Offices.  Prior to joining the firm, Colby served as an Assistant State Attorney in and for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.  During that time, Colby litigated thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree murder, brought over 40  jury trials to verdict, and advocated before the Grand Jury.  He was selected as the lead trial attorney for the County Court division, and presented an award for Excellence in Prosecution by RID of Tampa Bay.  His practice areas will include business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and debtor/creditor rights.
