Philip Nodhturft, III Named Partner

Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that Philip Nodhturft, III has been named partner.  Phil is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Business & Tax Law practice groups.  He divides his time between the St. Petersburg and Tampa offices.

Phil advises business owners and other entrepreneurs, as well as individuals and families, in connection with their tax, estate planning, and asset protection needs. His practice includes formulating and updating estate plans and business succession plans, as well as drafting the various legal documents necessary to implement those plans.
