Mark Bentley Recognized As Top Lawyer 2019 By Tampa Magazine

TAMPA – Johnson, Pope Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Bentley, a partner in the Tampa office, has been recognized as a Top Lawyer 2019 by Tampa Magazine as voted by their peers. This recognition is obtained through tallied votes from surveys mailed by Tampa Magazine to over 7,000 licensed lawyers in the Tampa Bay area. The survey asks the lawyers to nominate the peers they believe to be the best in each of 85 practice areas.

 Bentley received this recognition in two practice areas – Land Use & Zoning and Eminent Domain which are his primary practice areas.   He is a former planning director and has represented numerous private property owners against various governmental condemning authorities in eminent domain matters.  He also practices in the areas of administrative law and legal matters.
