Johnson Pope Names Ryan Manasse Director of Development and Planning

Johnson, Pope, Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan Manasse is the Director of Development and Planning.  In his new role, Ryan will review, evaluate and make professional recommendations on land use issues for the firm’s clients to include, but not limited to comprehensive plan matters, zoning, variances, conditional and special use permits, code enforcement, and permitting. 

Ryan has extensive experience with planning and development in the public sector, as well as, being a Certified General Contractor for fourteen years. The last seven years, he has been working in the public sector with land use and code enforcement. Ryan is a graduate of St. Petersburg College Public Safety Program and is a United States Marine Corps veteran. Ryan’s prior experience provides him with extensive knowledge in the private and public sector allowing him to provide quality services to our clients.
