TAMPA – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that six new lawyers have joined the firm and will be based in the Tampa office. Partners Joe Covelli, Mike Nolan and Dan Fleming as well as associates Dan Hoffman, Grant Sittig and Adrienne Kendall were all previously with the Gray Robinson firm.

Joe Covelli and Mike Nolan primarily represent clients with respect to real estate, corporate and tax matters. Their representation includes clients and projects throughout the United States, including extensive representation for DeBartolo Development. “We are very excited to be joining Johnson Pope. They have great people, great leadership that provides us with a platform to meet the growing and changing needs of our clients,” Covelli added.

Dan Fleming is a highly experienced trial lawyer who represents the interests of several railroads. He is also experienced in a wide range of commercial and business litigation.

“We welcome this stellar group of lawyers and their clients. They are a great fit for Johnson Pope and our approach to the practice of law. Our lawyers work for their clients first, and the firm second. We give our lawyers the flexibility to meet their client’s goals in a cost and time effective manner,” says Managing Partner, Guy M. Burns.

Celebrating its 45th year, Johnson Pope is a full- service law firm serving the business needs of its clients. At nearly 80 lawyers, the firm has more than doubled in size over the past five years, and it is the only firm to have offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Burns adds, “We have grown in order to add additional expertise and resources for our clients. Because we put our clients and lawyers’ interests ahead of those of our law firm, we have been successful in attracting some great talent such as the lawyers who have just joined us.”
