David M. Stupich Joins Johnson Pope

David is a business attorney with considerable experience in transactional matters and business disputes. As a transactional attorney, David has represented high-profile private and corporate clients in numerous transactions in a wide array of industries and jurisdictions. David has also represented individuals, corporate entities, non-profits and public institutions in various state courts, federal courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a partner at a prominent firm in Indiana. David previously lived in Tampa and holds a dual degree from the University of South Florida.
