Caitlin M. Powell Accepted Into The Florida Fellows Institute Of The American College Of Trust And Estate Counsel
CLEARWATER, Fla. August 5, 2020 – Caitlin M. Powell, an attorney with Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, has been accepted into Class V of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Ms. Powell earned her J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2015 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2012. She joined Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP in 2019 and focuses her practice in the areas of trust, estate and guardianship litigation and administration.
The Florida Fellows Institute was created by Florida ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.
The institute includes three, two-day sessions for lawyers who were nominated by a Florida ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in January 2021 and concludes in September 2021.
