F. Wallace “Wally” Pope, Jr., a founding member of the firm, successfully prosecuted a case before the Florida Supreme Court which resulted in an eventual public reprimand of 1st District Court of Appeal Judge Michael E. Allen. Wally, who was assisted on the case by shareholder Jennifer Reh, argued on behalf of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to uphold the JQC’s previous recommendation in July of 2008 for the reprimand of Judge Allen.
