EXPERIENCE
Brandon focuses his practice in the areas of Trust and Estate litigation, contested guardianships, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation (including but not limited to breaches of contract to buy or sell, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants and construction law issues). Brandon has extensive experience in handling cases from inception to a resolution through settlement or mediation, through the trial process and when necessary, through the appellate process. He has conducted numerous trials and argued before the Second District Court of Appeals of Florida. His cases have included both defending and contesting wills and trusts, non-competition agreements, contracts for the purchase and/or sale of businesses and real estate, the appointment of a guardian for alleged incapacitated persons, and many other similar cases.
